Born in Peru, Ana Murga Alarcon has dedicated her life to the field of esthetics thanks to her love of women's empowerment. Having studied in Peru, Argentina, and the United States, along with her first hand experience working with Plastic Surgeons, Ana understands all aspects of the post operative journey. She continues to play an active role at Aikana Esthetic Center, where she focuses on providing others with newfound confidence in their bodies. Constantly striving to help others, Ana Murga contributes to a disadvantaged school in Peru and participates in Hipanic Womens' leadership organizations.

A mother of 2, Aiko Shiraishi Murga is constantly looking for innovative methods and new techniques to provide better results for her patients. As Aikana's nurse injector, her services provide others with newfound confidence without exaggerated results. Never afraid to say no, she prides herself in setting realistic goals for her patients and always strives for that "natural" look. As a registered nurse, she has completed certificates in Esthetics, Master Esthetics, Permanent Makeup and is a Certified Permanent Makeup Instructor.

Akari Shiraishi Murga is Aikana Esthetic Center's lead massage therapist and a Registered Nurse. Certified in various massage specialties such as Medical Massage Practitioner, Advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage and many more. Our high standard of post-operative care can be attributed to Akari's detail oriented and results-driven nature. She plays a integral role in training Aikana's Massage therapists and has a deep understanding on the post operative journey, which she is happy to share with her patients.

Priya Thirumlai, MD, is a distinguished vein specialist with over two decades of experience in ultrasound-guided venous access. Board-certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she earned her medical degree from Medical College in India before completing her general surgery internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She later pursued her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Maryland Medical Center's R. Adams Crowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Thirumlai's dedication to excellence has earned her prestigious awards, including the St. Vincent's "Angel Award" for providing exceptional care. She has also been awarded the HCA Healthcare Distinction, an honor bestowed upon only four graduating U.S. residents per year across all medical specialties. Additionally, she has been recognized as a Top Docs Award recipient by her peers in Maryland.

Denia has been part of Aikana for over a decade, she has used her hands to help women heal and rediscover their confidence. A proud mom of two sons, her caring persona reflects in her work. She’s deeply committed to helping other women feel strong, seen, and beautiful.

Originally from Honduras, Cristina is a massage therapist with a passion for helping others. Using her background in nursing and a deep love for the healthcare field, she brings both skill and compassion to every session.
